Chef Wei Chen

Wei Chen is a Miami-based omakase chef trained in New York at Neta, 15 East, Shuko, and Sushi Nakazawa. His OMAWEI concept (the name folds "omakase" into "Wei") is an intimate Edomae counter at The Bath Club in Miami Beach, with private omakase residencies beyond it. His approach is built on restraint: seasonal, exact, and technically uncompromising.
